No Refund Policy
All payments made to the National Black Doulas Association including: training programs, memberships, events, products, services, payment plans, and registrations — are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy allows us to:
Maintain high-quality programming and trainer compensation
Reserve limited seats fairly
Protect scholarship allocations and funding
Allocate operational support and resources equitably across our community

While refunds are not offered, we ensure that support is always available. If a concern arises or you need assistance with your enrollment, we provide:

Attendance & Program Participation
It is the responsibility of each participant to attend scheduled classes, submit required materials, and complete certification steps within the stated timeline. Missed classes, incomplete requirements, or lack of communication do not qualify for refunds or transfers, but NBDA is committed to working with you toward solutions whenever possible.
