What is Cross Training?
The NBDA Cross Training Program is a specialized track that allows doulas who have completed previous training with other organizations to become NBDA Certified. This program honors your foundational knowledge while bridging the gap with NBDA’s culturally competent, advocacy-driven, and evidence-based doula framework.
